Why will you not accept my password?

Because sharing a login is bad for both of us. Email is not a safe place to keep a password, shared logins break two factor authentication, and nobody can tell afterward who made which change.

Manager and delegate access solves all of it. Your login stays yours alone, and we get exactly the permissions the work requires and nothing beyond them.
