Who owns my domain name?

You do. Our contract states plainly that the domain belongs to you and that you are free to move it into your own account whenever you want, even though we register it under our company name on your behalf.

Registering it ourselves is what lets us renew it on time and change your DNS settings the same day you ask. Whose name sits in the registration record does not change who owns it.
