Tell us right away and say plainly that the site or your email is down. Outages move ahead of routine work in our queue, and the sooner we know, the sooner we can start looking.

Include what you are seeing, any error message on the screen, and whether it affects everyone or only you. Those three details often save an hour of diagnosis.
