Do you need access to our bank or payment processor?

No. We never need access to your bank, and we will not ask for it. If your website takes payments, the payment provider is connected in a way that does not expose your banking to us.

Anyone claiming to be from our team and asking for banking access is not us. Please tell us if that ever happens, because we want to know when our name is being used.
